Minnesota Man Admitted to Mankato Officer Known from School He Shot at Protestors in Minneapolis

The Mankato police quickly released information to the media about the connection between a Minnesota man, a Mankato police officer and protesters who were shot this past week during rallies in support of Jamar Clark, a young black man who died after being shot by Minneapolis police officers. A man, identified as having gone to high school with the Mankato officer, admitted to shooting at protestors. Mankato police say they have cooperated with investigators from Minneapolis.
